Launching a career that found him the General Manager
of national franchise chain at age 22, Chick has seen — and
has fueled — more than 25 years of successful startups, turnarounds,
reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.
Turnaround and Transformation:
Most recently, as President and CEO of Furmanite Worldwide,
Inc., Chick led a successful transformation campaign, halting a
pre-existing sales decline and returning the 75-year-old company
to profitability in only six months. During his five-year tenure
with Furmanite:

Chick and his hand picked team were the force
behind 175-percent revenue growth. |

In a deal that could easily be described as
one of the smartest acquisition negotiations of 2005, Chick
orchestrated the purchase of Flowserve’s $100 million
General Service Group for $17.5 million. |

Additionally, he unified and consolidated operations
across 20 operating companies, improving EBIT from $3 million
to more than $15 million annually. |

Relying on Chick’s ability to develop a
strategic roadmap and execute with precision, Furmanite has
become a public company, recognized as a leading provider of
technical field services and engineered solutions. |
Private Equity:
In 1999, Chick was recruited by private equity firm,
Baker Capital, to transform an underperforming portfolio company
from a legacy system vendor to an enterprise software solutions
provider.

Within two years, he rebranded S2 Systems from
a tools vendor to an enterprise application solutions provider.

Achieving 22-percent CAGR, Chick’s organization
was also the major profit contributor, delivering Gross Margin
contributions in excess 40-percent. |

Baker Capital realized a successful exit when
it sold S2 to its major competitor. |
Chick continues to advise a number
of local and national Private Equity firms on deal flow and structure,
due diligence, purchase price negotiation and underperforming assets.
Start Up and IPO:
In 1997 Chick was recruited as Vice President to led
the start up efforts and IPO preparation for PFSweb, Inc. (NasdaqCM:PFSW)
a BPO and third-party logistics company.

By developing and executing PFSweb’s "Brand
behind the Brand" value proposition Chick grew the organization
from $3 million to $70 million in outsourcing annual billings
– more than $230 million in total contract value - within
two years. |

Chick prepared it for what would be a successful
IPO. Today, PFSweb boasts annual revenues in excess of $400
million. |
Consulting and Outsourcing:
This includes four years as Managing Principal and
Managing Director within world-class professional services and business
process outsourcing environments, and more than 8 years in helping
to build and grow one of the fastest growing management consultancies
of its time.

Developed industry practice strategies for IBM,
Ernst & Young, CSC, Arthur Andersen, Watson Wyatt, Unisys
and Oracle, |

Generated triple-digit growth while significantly
increasing service offerings, associate utilization and overall
project size. |

While leading the BPO practice for AT&T Solutions,
he personally negotiated a $50 million multiyear contract with
Citibank, doubling practice revenue. |

supported the Business Development and Analysis Process for
Gemini Consulting, recognized as one of the most successful
and innovative market approaches in the industry. |
